Account Deletion Policy

We provide an option for deleting your personal account through the app’s main menu. To delete your account, please follow these steps:

  1. Open the main menu.
  2. Select the Settings page located at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Scroll down and tap on the Delete Account option.

When you click on the delete button, a confirmation prompt will appear asking you to confirm your action. Please proceed only if you are certain, as this action is permanent and your data cannot be recovered.

Please note: Your account will be scheduled for permanent deletion and all associated data will be completely removed after 30 days. During this 30-day period, you may restore your account by logging back in. After that, recovery will no longer be possible. Be sure to back up any important information before proceeding.
